1. The service
ImmoStyler is a Chrome extension and website that let real-estate professionals restyle interior photos found on Belgian real-estate listing sites (Immoweb, Zimmo, Immovlan, Logic-immo) using Google Gemini. The service is provided free of charge. You bring your own Google Gemini API key and are responsible for any usage costs Google charges you.
2. Accounts
Sign-in uses Google. By signing in you confirm that the Google account you use is yours and that you accept these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend or delete accounts that misuse the service.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the extension only on the four listed Belgian real-estate sites.
- Only restyle images you have the right to modify (typically your own listings or listings you are authorized to work with).
- Do not use ImmoStyler to mislead consumers — restyled images alter interior décor while preserving room layout, but they should still be clearly labelled as visualisations when shared publicly.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the service.
4. Third-party services
Restyling is performed by Google Gemini using your own API key. Their terms apply to that usage. We are not responsible for outages, changes, pricing, or content produced by Google's models.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Restyled images are AI generated and may contain artefacts or errors. Verify results before using them for commercial purposes.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmoStyler and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
